Realisation

People who wait for the end are like those who spend all their money and regret it later. We often waste our time and energy on trivial matters, neglecting the important ones. This habit can lead to a situation where we are left with no energy or time to address the real problems once they arise. It is important to prioritise and allocate resources wisely to prevent such situations.

We often have a sense of missing out on something important, yet fail to recognize what it is due to our habits of procrastination and ignorance. Eventually, after much delay, life comes to an end and we find ourselves helpless, lacking the energy to make any significant changes. Sadly, it's only then that we realise that it's too late to make the changes we should have made earlier in life.

I believe that the concept of night and day is a metaphor for life and death. During the night, when we are asleep, we are alone and no one else can be a part of our sleep. It is during this time that we are confronted with our problems, which only we can resolve. (Self-Reflection)

Having good communication with your inner self leads to a peaceful night's sleep, whereas a communication gap can cause nightmares and anxiety during sleep.

When you have good communication with your inner self, it reflects in your life. On the other hand, bad communication can lead to negative consequences

Remember to choose your actions wisely, understand your true purpose, let go of resentments, connect with your higher self, be kind to others, practice forgiveness, remain unbiased and avoid actions that feed your ego.

You have the power to choose between a good night's sleep or a night full of nightmares
