What it really means to be in the present?

Being present means fully immersing oneself in the current moment without any distraction from the past or future. It involves actively listening and observing what is happening around you. To truly experience the present, one should focus on the specific task at hand. For instance, when eating, one should solely concentrate on the act of eating, and when conversing, one should concentrate on the discussion. Similarly, during sexual activity, it is important to focus entirely on the experience and not let other thoughts interfere.

It is important to fully engage in order to stay satisfied and fulfilled, half-hearted attempts lead to dissatisfaction.
